Peanuts, best Heart pills.



A research conducted on over 70,000 Americans of African and European descents revealed that nuts and peanuts help in reducing risk of death, especially from heart disease.




Information on nut consumption was collected by using  questionnaires survey. While research has previously linked nut consumption with lower mortality, those studies focused mainly on higher-income, white populations.

Across all three racial/ethnic groups, among both men and women, and among individuals, it has been confirmed that nuts are vital to heart health.
